From 260 to 140 pounds. I’m 60. I’m 5’7”. Never in a million years could I have hiked three years ago.
Two years ago, I moved to California, and was excited about all of the new activities and new location afforded: hiking, biking trails in Yosemite, and a great climate for being outdoors.
